Hardware and Device Returns
We value your satisfaction and aim to deliver quality hardware and devices. In case of any concerns, our return policy is as follows:
Customers have 4 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
Products must be returned in their original condition, along with all packaging, tags, and accessories.
The product must not be damaged or altered in any way.
The original purchase receipt must be presented at the time of return.
If all conditions are met, a full refund will be processed — no questions asked.
Returns or refund requests made after 4 days, or not fulfilling the above conditions, will not be accepted.
Software, Digital Products, and Online Services
All software, digital products, cloud solutions, domain registrations, hosting plans, and related services sold by MICROLINKS SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable under any circumstances.
Once delivered or activated, digital products and software licenses are considered consumed and cannot be returned or refunded.
All subscriptions, installations, and online services are final upon activation.
No refund will be issued for cancellation, dissatisfaction, partial usage, or service non-utilization.

Refunds (if applicable only for hardware) will be processed within 7–10 working days upon approval.
